Busy, Busy!

Okay one thing I have learned from college:  A student is always busy, no matter what time of day it is.

It has been a week since my first craft show!  I made 5x the booth fee, which I think is pretty good for my first show.  There was also an air show, a fine arts show, and two other soapers at this show, so I thought it went pretty well!

The bubble machine was a huge hit.  It definitely attracted people!  I'm not sure if I will use it again; it kept getting everything all bubbly.  So we'll see about using that the next time.

Who wants to see some picturesssss?!  I do, I do!

My booth display!  I ended up getting an end space, so I had to switch up my display a little bit.  But It turned out great!  My mom sewed those blue flags that I pinned to the top of my tent.

My soap display.  I went to something simple, nothing complicated.  People loved being able to see, pick up, and smell the soaps.

Here is a shot of the $1 soap bars (which sold out within the first two hours!), soap samplers, bath fizzies, and bath teas.  The bath teas and soap samplers are not yet for sale on my Etsy website, but keep looking because I hope to have them added on very soon!

Milk bath, bath dust, and oatmeal bath display.

Sugar Cube Scrub, another new item not yet for sale online.  This was a really huge hit, almost sold out of these!

The soap samplers were a huge seller!  I sold 10 out of 11.  Great for people who couldn't quite decide which soap was their favorite; you could just have a little of everything!

One of my friends stopped by to see my booth and say hello!

And Ben also came out for a little bit to see everything :)

Whew, that was one long day.  Some advice for first time craft showers:  Dress in layers.  Just because the weather man says the high is 72 degrees doesn't mean it won't be any hotter or that your booth won't be in direct sunlight.  I learned that the hard way!  Luckily when Ben showed up, he brought me a t-shirt to change into.

As for college goes, I have two tests tomorrow!  Ahhhh I need to go study for those.  I got my first college English paper back today which I got an A- on :)  Everything else is going good, just staying busy like always!

Make sure to check out my Etsy store here.  Everything I earn from Revive is either being put back into the business or helping me pay for college!

Have a Reviving Day!
Caitlin
