First off, someone has hacked into my Paypal account. They stole quite a bit of money, so I have had to file a claim with Paypal to get my money back. It can take up to 11 business days to complete my dispute so until that is over, no one will be able to purchase anything from my website. Hopefully everything works out okay. Someone say a prayer!
Besides that whole issue, I have recently developed a new lip balm that my lips are in love with!! It is full of lip-loving goodies including pumpkin seed butter, avocado oil, tangerine essential oil, olive oil, and many other things.

ReplyDeleteOh boy I am thinking about giving them a call so they can give me a status update. Tips for everyone - do not have your actual bank account hooked up to your paypal. Open a seperate checking account just for online orders. I set up my new account today and put a limit on the credit card I use for my business so hopefully this cannot happen again.
ReplyDeleteThe pumpkin seed butter is a light orange, but I think the tangerine essential oil that I put in the balm is what turned it orange. Really fantastic stuff. Is it bad to say I'm addicted to one of my own products?? :)

ReplyDeleteSorry to hear! This recently happened to me also, over in Australia - it took 4 weeks to get the money back in to my bank account. Hang in there and stay positive ;)
